Hot Flow

Hot Flow classes incorporate the best of Hot Yoga and Vinyasa. This class is designed to detoxify and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. The benefits of the heated room and sequence of postures incorporated with the flow will promote weight loss, healing and stress relief.

Slow Flow

Great for Beginners! Focuses on working towards a peak posture, breathe work, strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga contains the ancient, and some say original, form of asana practice. Yin Yoga focuses on opening and releasing the connective tissues in the body.. These are the deep yin tissues of the body, relative to the more superficial yang tissues of muscles and skin. Postures are held 3 - 5 minutes.

Power Vinyasa (Mixed Level)

A challenging yoga series that will transform your body, mind and spirit. In this class you will learn to integrate rhythmic breathing with conscious movement. Postures are linked in a dynamic, flowing sequence that is designed to cultivate heat, stamina, flexibility, and strength in the body. Mixed level class appropriate for all levels.

Power Vinyasa, Level II

Intermediate to advanced practioners take your practice to the next level.

Deep Stretch

This class is designed to incorporate yin yoga philosophies with slower moving vinyasas to build heat in the body. Classes will focus on stretching targeted area s each class. Every class is unique and allows each yogi to take their practice to the next level.

Vinyasa Hour

An hour version of our Power VInyasa Mixed level class. Great for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Relax and renew yourself with a luxurious afternoon of restorative yoga! Turn inward by relaxing into yoga poses completely supported with blankets and blocks letting go of any tension held within the body. A restorative practice is encouraged for all levels and allows one to deepen into various poses while holding for many minutes and surrendering to all that arises.

Except for holiday weekends, this class is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Classes are $15 per session (or one class off your current class pass). No class 2nd Sundays in November and December.

Yoga Nidra

This class is held the last Sunday of every month. Description coming soon.

Ashtanga Primary Series

Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous flowing sequence of asanas geared towards heating up the body to gain more flexibility and strength. The same poses are repeated in each class. The room is heated and some poses may be challenging. Knowledge of vinyasa / flow yoga is recommended.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Come and experience true baby bliss with our prenatal classes designed to alleviate the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. This class is for all levels and will leave you feeling more relaxed and refreshed wherever you are in your journey into motherhood. Classes address breathing techniques (pranayama) that are effective during labor and delivery as well as postures (asanas) to strengthen, stretch and restore overall harmony in the body.
