Follow Up

I realized yesterday that I only expressed this particular burden but did not really address it. I think expressing it was important but now I feel I need to go to the next level and figure out what I need to do with it.

I don't know the answer at this moment but have set an intention to figure out what I am going to do. Without intention, there can be no action so at least this has led me to an intention and that is a very good thing.
